The best thing about the stay was the breakfast. For a "free" hotel breakfast, I thought it was very good. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, hash browns, waffle machine, coffee, and juice. I would like to have seen fresh fruit. I paid $70 and thought the room was worth the money (king/non smoking). There is nothing flashy about it, the tv's are old, there are obvious structural deficiencies, but like I said, we paid $70 and felt it was worth that much. We are used to staying in $120+/night hotels but thought this was a decent option.
First and foremost, the female working the front counter at the time of check in was awful. She had a very "you're inconveniencing me by talking to me" way about her. No personality, and not very helpful. Also, for some reason, the hotel never received our reservation from Booked.net which created a huge mess while we were trying to check in. I don't know where the blame falls for that one. However, in the end, the girl did make things right and helped us out by putting us up in a suite on the 4th floor for the same money. We at least appreciated that.

It was a bit outdated/old looking. Could use new carpeting/decor.

Comfortable suites for a great rate. Great complimentory breakfast.
TVs, indoor swimming pool and rooms were kind of old and could use sprucing up. They tell you not to bring your towels to the pool, but they didn't have enough clean ones on hand.

It was in the same parking lot as a 24 hour ihop.
This hotel was not anything like the other Quality Inn & Suites I've stayed in before. It didn't even say Quality Inn & Suites on the building, so I wasn't sure I was in the right place from the start. The room did not have adequate lighting, the furniture was old, torn, and musty, and the toilet and tub were dingy and stained. It was not worth the money paid and nothing like the picture shown in the advertisement.

The hotel was a great rate for the money. The only concern was that the room was a bit old. However the breakfast was great.

Close to outlet shopping malls
Lobby could be a little spruced up. Wallpaper peeling behind reception desk, not a good first impression.

I liked the hotel because the rooms were nice and spacious. I also liked the fact that we had the mini fridge, sink and microwave in our room. I only expected a microwave.
If I had to have a complaint, it would be the fact that the pool was an indoor pool opposed to an outdoor pool.

The rooms are large, well stocked, spacious and comfortable. This is a great value for your dollar. The breakfast was good, hot and plenty of food for everyone.
I like to take the stairs but the stairwells were dirty and dark.
